• Ignorance amongst job seekers regarding avenues that provide job information
• Low internet penetration, inaccessibility of internet-based job portals amongst the rural masses

Solution

A networked system of nodes, to act as employment exchanges catering to the activities like registration of jobseekers, renewal of registration and submission of list of eligible candidates to employers.
