Sapio will authorize Channel Partners to sell on their own account, under their own responsibility and liability, under their own name the products and services of Sapio. The Channel Partner will provide services to their customers in their area of sales, and provide installation, support and maintenance services on a non-exclusive basis.

Sapio currently has two classifications of Channel Partners:

  • Sapio Certified Partner
  • Sapio Premium Partner

The classification of any given Channel Partner depends on the business model and business integration of such Channel Partners with Sapio.

Channel Partner shall initially be classified as either a Sapio Certified Partner or a Sapio Premium Partner, as mutually agreed upon by the Parties.

After an initial period of three months a Channel Partner may enter into a further classification of a Certified Partner, under which an additional agreement will be entered into that provides additional incentives and obligations.
